England v Argentina
World Cup 2002, Ayia Napa
June 2002
TractorBoys don't just support Ipswich - we also support England
for international matches. Obviously, the World Cup matches didn't take place in Cyprus but
some TractorBoys (and plenty of other England supporters) took the opportunity
to watch England matches in the friendly atmosphere of British pubs on the
island - namely the Rose and Crown and the Bulldog.
Whenever England play, think only this: That there's some corner of a
foreign pub
That is forever
England. Crudely adapted from 'The Soldier' by Rupert Brooke (1887-1915)
British poet.
