23 mins: The floodlights go out and there appears to be a fire of some sort. It appears to be outside the ground as Kuqi clears with a defensive header.

Sounds like a 0-0 draw in prospect then. Pictures are already coming in from Cardiff showing TractorBoys drinking in the pub.
1 hour 20 mins to kick-off: It emerges that there has been heavy rainfall in the Cardiff area in the past 12 hours but the game is definitely on.
